Liberum acts as Joint Bookrunner on a £15m fundraising for Joules Group Plc
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as Joint Bookrunner on a Placing raising £15m for Joules Group Plc.
The proceeds of the Placing will be used to provide Joules Group Plc with sufficient liquidity headroom in a COVID-19 related downside scenario, as well as allow the Company to emerge relatively stronger from this unprecedented situation to deliver its long-term growth plans.
Liberum delivered significant and high quality demand, from both new and existing institutional investors, with the Placing oversubscribed during a period of market uncertainty. The Placing Price of 80 pence represented a discount of approximately 7.0% to the closing price on the day of launch. The Placing represented 17.3% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Liberum has been Joint Broker to Joules since acting as Joint Bookrunner on its IPO in May 2016. Peel Hunt acted as Joint Bookrunner on the Placing.
