Liberum acts as Nomad and Sole Bookrunner on £20m fundraising for Alpha FX Group plc
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as Nomad and Sole Bookrunner on a placing to raise £20m for Alpha FX Group plc. The placing received strong demand from existing and new high-quality institutional investors, and directors and employees of the Company. The placing shares were issued at 680p, a discount of 2%, and represent 7.3% of the Company’s enlarged issued share capital.
The net proceeds of the placing will be used by the Company to acquire new clients and continue investment in new products and markets, including Alpha Payment Solutions, Canada and the Netherlands.
Liberum has been Nomad and Broker to the Company since its IPO in 2017 and acted as Sole Bookrunner on its £20m placing in 2018.
